Applies to the XRIEL application. Last updated 23 October 2026.
The service
XRIEL is a personal-assistant application installed on your own computer. It connects to your Google account with your permission and performs the actions you ask of it. Access is granted individually, to named users, by the operator.
Your account and your permission
You decide which Google account to connect, and you can withdraw that permission at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You are responsible for the account you connect and for the instructions you give.
Acceptable use
- Use XRIEL only with accounts you are entitled to use.
- Do not use it to break the law, to interfere with another person's account, or to circumvent the access controls of any service.
- Do not attempt to extract, redistribute or resell access to the application itself.
Availability and changes
XRIEL is offered as it is and may change, gain features or be withdrawn. The operator aims to give reasonable notice of a withdrawal to the users who rely on it.
No warranty
The application is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from interruption. Automated actions can be wrong; you review what it produces before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from use of the application.
Privacy
How data is handled is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
